Safe Online Payment

Asia Baru requires credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. We assure your transactions with us are safe as we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously.

Asia Baru use the industry standard “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore, we can guarantee that every transaction made in 100% safe. You can supply your credit card details by any one of the following secure methods:
  • By using our secure (SSL) online Cardholder Information Form; or
  • By fax, using our Credit Card Fax Form; or
  • By telephone, directly to our Customer Service Center
For added security, credit card transactions with Asia Baru are conducted through WorldPay online payment network.

Privacy Statement

Asia Baru is very concerned about protecting the privacy of our customers. Asia Baru will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal profile information, except to fulfill your request for services or to help you secure a reservation. Customer comments or testimonials will not be used without written consent.

Hotel Reservation Guarantee

Reservations secured via Asia Baru are also now backed up with our Reservations Guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a travel voucher) is not available or cannot be honored when you arrive to check-in and no other room types that you had booked are available, immediately contact us OR our local Customer Service Agent(s) listed on your voucher. We will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel and Asia Baru will pay for the first (1st) night’s stay, equivalent to the actual cost of a one (1) night stay based on the original reservation, including any tax and service charges. Also, just provide a receipt and we will also pay for all communication costs to our office or local Customer Service Agents.

Cancellation  & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us at the following: (Kindly quote your booking reference number / tour code)

i) Tour Packages
Notice prior to Departure Cancellation Fees
> 30 days Forfeit of deposit
21 – 30 days 25% of total tour cost
14 – 20 days 50% of total tour cost
07 – 13 days 75% of total tour cost
< 7 days 100% of total tour cost

The balance of monies paid by you after deducting the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to you within 30 days of receipt of cancellation request.

Asia Baru reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to an insufficient number of participants. Asia Baru may, if it so chooses, recommend alternative tours to the same destination or other comparable tours. Should you decide not to accept any of the alternatives, all monies paid by you will be refunded in full without further obligation or liability on the part of Asia Baru.

ii) Hotel Reservations

Your confirmation email will specify the exact cancellation due date (i.e. the deadline you must cancel by in order to avoid any cancellation fee) as well as applicable penalty charges for late cancellations. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night, or more, per room, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, cancellation requests submitted via any of the means above, prior to the due date noted on your confirmation, will normally be refunded 100% of the cost of the stay less administration fees within 30 days of receiving the request. Any cancellation request submitted after the due date noted on your confirmation will also be processed within 30 days, and an applicable Penalty Charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Shortened stays, in most cases, will be refunded within 30 days, net of any Penalty Charges applicable, and if you notify us (by any of the means above) prior to shortening your stay, we can expedite the refund process. If however, you notify us after checking out, some shortened stay refunds may take longer because some hotels can be slow to confirm the exact dates of your stay. If your refund is likely to take longer than 30 days to process, we will notify you via email upon receipt of your request.
